About Lean Six Sigma Bureau

Lean Six Sigma Bureau is an accredited Lean Six Sigma certification body. We work with organizations to design and deliver Lean Six Sigma training, certification, and improvement programs.

We also collaborate with experienced independent Lean Six Sigma consultants to extend our reach and impact.

About this collaboration

We are building a global network of independent Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt consultants. As a partner, you may:

Deliver accredited Lean Six Sigma training and certification programs (White Belt to Black/Master Black Belt) for client organizations.
Lead or support continuous improvement / operational excellence projects.
Optionally collaborate with Lean Six Sigma Bureau on selected accredited training and improvement initiatives.

This is not a salaried employee role. It is an independent contractor / commission‑based collaboration for consultants who already work with organizations, or who are serious about transitioning into independent consulting.

Responsibilities

Depending on fit and opportunities, responsibilities may include:

Designing and delivering Lean Six Sigma training sessions (classroom or virtual).
Coaching and mentoring project teams through DMAIC and related methodologies.
Supporting organizations in building sustainable continuous improvement capabilities.
Collaborating with Lean Six Sigma Bureau on selected client projects and training programs.

Requirements We are looking to connect with consultants who:

Hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt .
Have at least 2 years of experience delivering Lean/CI/OpEx work.
Have some experience providing consulting, training, or project support to organizations (internal or external).
Are currently operating, or actively working toward operating, as independent consultants .
Are open to structured collaboration and to growing their own consulting / training practice over the next 12–24 months.

Compensation

This is a commission‑based and project‑based collaboration.
There is no base salary and no guaranteed minimum hours .
Compensation is tied to client work, training deliveries, and agreed‑upon commission structures.

Important note This is not an employment contract and not a guaranteed client placement program.

It is a structured collaboration for independent Lean Six Sigma BB/MBB consultants who want to:

Expand their opportunities, and
(For some) eventually build a more predictable consulting and training practice.

If you are looking strictly for a full‑time salaried role, this will not be a fit.
