We are seeking a part-time full-stack developer to join our team in the United States. As a Full-Stack Developer at Implicit, you will work closely with our data science and product teams to build the next-generation AI product support platform. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will: <ul><li>Agentic Development: Work with maximum productivity using modern agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Codex and Playwright Agents.</li><li>Develop and Maintain Web Interfaces: Build responsive and interactive web applications using modern front-end technologies like React, Redux, React Query, styled modules, SASS, Tailwind, Ant Components.</li><li>Backend Services: Help to develop various backend services in Java, Spring Boot, Python, FastAPI, Postgres, Docker.</li><li>Testing and QA: Maintain high quality code by focusing on Test-Driven Development, using Playwright, Vitest, React Testing Library, test agents.</li><li>Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the product team to implement designs and ensure that they are fully optimized across all platforms and browsers.</li><li>Write Clean, Maintainable Code: Ensure that code is modular, well-structured, and follows best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.</li><li>Optimize Web Performance: Focus on improving the performance of web applications through techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and optimizing assets.</li><li>Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify issues, debug problems, and optimize the front-end code for improved speed and reliability.</li><li>Contribute to Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and learn from team members.</li><li>Stay Up-to-Date with AI Development Trends: Continuously learn and implement new front-end technologies, techniques, and best practices to improve development efficiency and the quality of the end product. </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>A minimum of 5+ years of full stack development.</li><li>Proficiency in React, Typescript, and backend development.</li><li>Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.</li><li>Knowledge of test frameworks such as Playwright and Vitest.</li><li>Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).</li><li>Ability to translate designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces with a strong understanding of user experience best practices.</li><li>Excellent team player with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
