About the position

Our client is seeking an experienced e-commerce support specialist. The job responsibility ranges from the day-to-day obligations to the high-level, collaborative support of the e-commerce business.

Responsibilities

Create all new items and monitor item content through Item 360/Retail link.
Create and maintain content product tracker.
Work with internal and external teams to insure on time deliveries and manage necessary po changes in NOVA/Retail link.
Consistently learn and strive to improve collaboration and processes between departments and online accounts.
Supervise and recap Bazaarvoice sampling and content reviews.
Submit all AIMS forms and track po’s received.
Ability to monitor and review sales and forecasts for items on auto replenishment.

Requirements

Walmart and Sam’s Club Ecommerce sales support experience required.
Sound knowledge of procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
Knowledge of Nova, Retail link, Item 360, Item variants, and Item linking.
Proficient in Excel
A team player with exceptional organizational skills
Proactive mindset, always anticipating needs and staying ahead of challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Strong math skills
Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities

Nice-to-haves

Experience with private label merchandise is desired.
