Job Description:

Call AI-prequalified leads for four hours each day using the Power Dialer
Confidently open conversations, generate interest, and qualify leads
Handle objections such as “I don’t have time,” “I’m not interested,” and “Send me some information”
Schedule qualified appointments for Setters
Accurately document calls and appointments in Close CRM
Ensure that scheduled appointments actually take place

Requirements:

Native-level German proficiency
Relaxed, friendly, and confident on the phone
Skilled in objection handling
Experience in telesales, appointment setting, or telephone-based customer service
High standards for appointment quality
Reliable and self-motivated working style
Available at fixed times for four hours each day
