As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Tmall Global Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our flagship stores while working closely with our Head of Commerce Operations.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Tmall Global Operations Specialist is responsible for the daily operation, optimisation and commercial execution of assigned Tmall Global flagship stores.

The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, supporting commercial growth, monitoring store performance and executing campaigns while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

This position reports directly to the Head of Commerce Operations and works across multiple international beauty and healthcare brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Store Operations

— Manage the daily operation of assigned Tmall Global flagship stores.

— Maintain product listings, product information and category structure.

— Ensure product pages comply with platform requirements and brand guidelines.

— Coordinate product launches, pricing updates and promotional activities.

— Monitor inventory availability together with Supply Chain.

Store Performance

— Monitor daily commercial performance: GMV, Traffic, Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, ROAS, CTR, Customer Acquisition Cost.

— Identify performance trends and recommend optimisation opportunities.

— Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Advertising & Traffic Execution

— Execute paid media campaigns using Alibaba marketing tools including Zhitongche, Gravity Cube and Uni Marketing.

— Optimise keywords, audience targeting, product selection and creative assets.

— Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximise ROI.

Campaign Execution

— Coordinate and execute major platform campaigns including 6.18, Double 11, Double 12, Super Brand Day and Black Friday.

— Own campaign setup, product assortment, promotional pricing, store merchandising and inventory readiness.

— Execute campaigns and monitor performance throughout.

Marketplace Optimisation

— Optimise product pages to improve conversion.

— Monitor search ranking and visibility.

— Improve customer journey and store merchandising.

— Implement marketplace best practices and stay current on new Tmall platform tools.

Market & Competitive Analysis

— Monitor competitor stores and campaigns.

— Analyse pricing and promotional activities.

— Identify marketplace trends and new opportunities; share recommendations with the Head of Commerce Operations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

— Work closely with the Head of Commerce Operations, Commercial Brand Managers, Content Creation & Growth, Design, Customer Service and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

— Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating Tmall Global flagship stores.

— Experience within beauty, skincare, healthcare or consumer brands preferred.

— Experience managing multiple brands is an advantage.

Technical Skills

— Strong knowledge of Tmall Global operations, the Alibaba marketing ecosystem, product merchandising, store optimisation, campaign execution and marketplace analytics.

— Proficient in Excel and reporting.

— Experience using Zhitongche, Gravity Cube and Uni Marketing.

Personal Skills

— Strong analytical mindset and detail-oriented.

— Excellent organisational skills and a proactive problem solver.

— Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

— Strong communication skills, comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.

Success in this role will be measured through: store operational excellence, campaign execution quality, store performance improvements, conversion optimisation, reporting accuracy, cross-functional collaboration and continuous optimisation initiatives.
