Manage and negotiate complex deals with strategic customers to drive revenue growth and build strong partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in strategic customer organizations. Understand the needs and objectives of strategic customers and use this knowledge to create customized solutions and proposals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for successful deal closures. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Amazon's products, services, and offerings to effectively position them in negotiations. Act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, providing guidance and support throughout the deal process. Ensure all deal terms and conditions are accurately reflected in contracts and agreements. Communicate deal progress and updates to relevant stakeholders, including senior management. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline deal processes and procedures. Meet or exceed assigned revenue and performance targets. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with strategic customers. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to strategic customer engagements. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and finance, to ensure compliance and smooth execution of deals. Represent Amazon at industry events and conferences to showcase our products and services and identify potential strategic customers. Act as a brand ambassador for Amazon, promoting our values and mission in all interactions with strategic customers.
