As a Security Officer Luxury Retail in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. We are seeking a highly professional and customer service oriented Security Officer to support a premier luxury retail environment. This is a highly visible, client-facing position where the Security Officer will be among the first points of contact for customers entering the store. The ideal candidate will maintain a polished and professional appearance, including a clean, neat, and wrinkle-free uniform, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a strong security presence.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a high-end retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Sun	10:30 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, common areas, and the perimeter.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site procedures.
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and other security-related concerns.
Maintain professional communication with store personnel, mall management, visitors, and responding public service agencies as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Supervisory experience is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
