Applicants must have Independent Authorization to work in the United States.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead customers through full AI-DLC — Assess, Design, Develop, Deploy & Operate — as both methodology practitioner and technical builder</li><li>Drive architecture decisions and framework execution across all phases; own supporting tooling and automation delivery</li><li>Run AI readiness workshops, use case prioritization, and maturity assessments with business and technical stakeholders</li><li>Own engagements end-to-end with minimal oversight; mentor teams and uplevel customers on AIDDLC practices</li><li>Enable customer to build more seamlessly on AWS by upskilling and the use of specialized agents</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Must HaveGenAI Experience (Level 400) with Advanced Python </strong></li><li><strong>Experience building production grade systems</strong></li><li>Fluency across all AI-DLC phases: Assess (readiness, use-case ID) → Design (architecture, model/data strategy) → Develop (build, integrate, evaluate) → Deploy & Operate (launch, monitor, optimize)</li><li>Ability to facilitate structured AI workshops and translate phase outputs into customer-facing deliverables and roadmaps</li><li>Agentic framework experience (Strands, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar); prompt and context engineering</li><li>AWS Bedrock (Models, Guardrails); Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, IaC (Terraform or CloudFormation)</li></ul><p><strong>Should Have</strong></p><ul><li>Bedrock AgentCore Services (Runtime, Evaluations, Observability, Memory)</li><li>Agent evaluation experience (offline regression, online monitoring, LLM-as-judge)</li><li>Observability tooling (logging, metrics, tracing); CI/CD pipeline setup</li><li>API Security (OAuth2, ApiKey, BasicAuth)</li><li>Enterprise change management and AI adoption frameworks</li><li>Legacy technology familiarity (Java/Spring, Sybase, DB2, or COBOL) as source context for agentic modernization or integration pattern design</li><li>Financial services or regulated-industry experience (compliance-aware delivery: trade surveillance, data controls, audit requirements)</li><li>Large-scale portfolio delivery experience — reusable patterns or components applied across 50+ applications, including wave planning and throughput measurement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTM (LTIM):</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits and Perks:</strong></p><ul><li>Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision</li><li>Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage</li><li>Plan with Company match.</li><li>Insurance</li><li>Time, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays</li><li>Paternity and Maternity Leave</li></ul><p>The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
