The Vice President, Global Systems Integrators will lead the strategy, ecosystem, and go-to-market execution of global system integrator partnerships, managing performance and alignment across global, regional, partner, and executive teams. The role also oversees a high-performing GSI team, develops strategic partnerships, and drives enterprise revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Lead a world-class team of GSI professionals, you care deeply about growing your team and helping them to achieve their career ambitions
Build & nurture meaningful relationships with partners and customers
Manage GSI key growth levers:
+ Build key, strategic partnerships that drive meaningful revenue and influence with Enterprise customers
+ Develop a global strategic approach and deep relationships with commitments to build Okta practices

Skills

Proven success leading and scaling a team for a hyper growth SaaS and/or security company
A proven track record of orchestrating high-value GSI alliances that consistently exceed strategic growth and revenue targets
Demonstrated success in evolving partner programs and leading market-entry initiatives across global markets
Strength in executive communications, both written and verbal, with a track record of presenting strategy and performance metrics to the C-level and Board audiences
Deep relationships with Accenture, Deloitte, PWC is a requirement for consideration
