Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated

Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative

who will serve as a Case Manager – Escalations. In this role, you will be the trusted advocate for customers facing complex or escalated automotive issues. You will coordinate with dealerships, internal specialists, and executive stakeholders to diagnose problems, negotiate resolutions, and ensure that each customer’s experience is restored to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

    Escalated Case Management:

    Take ownership of high‑complexity cases, clearly communicate expectations, set follow‑up timelines, and deliver compensation that aligns with the impact on each customer’s situation.

      Dealer & Partner Collaboration:

      Liaise with car dealers, service technicians, and internal business partners to facilitate diagnosis, repair, or replacement of vehicle concerns that have required multiple attempts.

        Technical Research & Guidance:

        Review vehicle product guides, warranty manuals, and technical bulletins; consult with product specialists to craft accurate, solution‑focused responses.

          Sales & Service Complaint Resolution:

          Address showroom, finance, lease‑end, delivery condition, warranty eligibility, parts availability, loaner‑car, and appointment‑reservation issues with professionalism and speed.

            Lemon Law & Legal Support:

            Analyze the merits of lemon‑law claims, support business partners in arbitration, and negotiate settlement terms that protect both the customer and worksphere.

              Executive‑Level Inquiry Handling:

              Provide expedited, confidential assistance for inquiries received by senior leadership, ensuring swift and accurate resolutions.

                Process Improvement:

                Identify trends, suggest enhancements to workflows, and document best practices to continuously elevate the customer experience.

                  Documentation & Communication:

                  Maintain meticulous case files, draft professional emails, and produce concise memos that capture all interactions and decisions.

                  Essential Functions & Daily Activities

                  • Participate in daily virtual stand‑ups to discuss ticket volume, emerging issues, and team performance metrics.
                  • Manage a high call volume while adhering to service‑level agreements and maintaining a calm, empathetic demeanor.
                  • Utilize worksphere’s suite of desktop tools, CRM platforms, and knowledge bases to navigate cases efficiently.
                  • Document each case step‑by‑step, attaching relevant files, screenshots, and reference materials for future auditability.
                  • Provide real‑time status updates to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring transparency throughout the resolution process.
                  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior specialists or legal teams when necessary, following established escalation pathways.

                  Qualifications – What You Bring

                  Required Education & Experience

                  • High School diploma or GED (minimum). Additional post‑secondary education is a plus.
                  • 0.5–1 year of proven customer‑service experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
                  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high‑stakes interactions with professionalism and poise.
                  • Strong integrity and a commitment to adhering to worksphere’s ethical standards.

                  Preferred Experience & Knowledge

                  • 1+ year of automotive industry exposure—understanding of vehicle product cycles, warranty policies, and dealership operations.
                  • Experience with case‑management systems, root‑cause analysis, and dispute resolution.
                  • Familiarity with lemon‑law processes or consumer‑rights advocacy.
