Remote AI YouTube Content Creator & Channel Growth Manager

Location: Remote — India
Employment Type: Part-time / Flexible Hours
Monthly Compensation: ₹8,000–₹10,000, based on skills and agreed responsibilities
Working Hours: Approximately 1–2 hours per day, depending on proficiency and workflow
Trial Period: One month, with a performance review
Experience: Beginners with demonstrable skills and experienced candidates are welcome to apply

About the Role

I am building an AI-generated storytelling YouTube channel and looking for a creative, resourceful individual who can help manage the channel from content ideation to publishing and audience growth.

The channel will feature both YouTube Shorts and long-form storytelling videos. I am looking for someone who can use AI tools intelligently to research ideas, develop engaging scripts, generate visuals and voiceovers, edit videos, manage uploads, and improve content performance.

This is an early-stage project, so I value initiative, creativity, accountability, and efficient use of resources. You should be comfortable experimenting with AI tools, developing a repeatable content workflow, and making data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Research original storytelling ideas with strong audience appeal.
  • Develop compelling scripts, hooks, story structures, and endings.
  • Use AI tools for scripting, visuals, voiceovers, subtitles, and video editing.
  • Produce both YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.
  • Maintain consistent storytelling quality, pacing, audio, and visual presentation.
  • Review AI-generated content for originality, quality, and appropriate commercial usage rights.

Channel Management

  • Plan and maintain a content calendar.
  • Manage the workflow from concept to publishing.
  • Prepare titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and relevant metadata.
  • Recommend a posting schedule based on the channel's needs and performance.
  • Organize scripts, video files, thumbnails, and other creative assets.

YouTube Growth

  • Monitor views, watch time, audience retention, click-through rate, and subscriber growth.
  • Identify successful storytelling formats and improve underperforming content.
  • Research competitors and emerging content opportunities without copying their work.
  • Share regular performance updates and practical recommendations.
  • Focus on sustainable audience growth rather than artificial views or subscribers.

AI Tools and Budget Management

  • Use tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, CapCut, and suitable AI video or voice-generation platforms.
  • Prioritize free tools and affordable workflows.
  • Obtain approval before purchasing subscriptions, credits, or other services.
  • Avoid unnecessary spending and document the tools used in production.
  • Explain useful tools and workflows clearly when required.

Expected Workload

The initial target is to build a consistent publishing system capable of producing:

  • One YouTube Short per day.
  • One long-form video per day, subject to the agreed video length, complexity, and production capacity.
  • A monthly content calendar, organized production workflow, and regular analytics reports.

The target represents approximately 30–31 Shorts and 30–31 long-form videos per month. Candidates should explain how they would approach this volume within the proposed working hours and budget.

Final monthly deliverables will be agreed upon before the trial begins. Quality, originality, consistency, and sustainable production will take priority over unrealistic output targets.

Required Skills

  • Practical knowledge of AI-assisted content creation.
  • Understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing, and audience retention.
  • Basic video editing and thumbnail creation skills.
  • Familiarity with YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, and YouTube Studio.
  • Ability to research ideas and work independently.
  • Good communication, organization, and time management.
  • Willingness to test ideas, learn new tools, and improve based on analytics.

A degree is not required. Practical skills, a portfolio, and a thoughtful approach to growing a channel are more important.

Compensation and Trial Period

The initial monthly compensation will be ₹8,000–₹10,000, depending on the candidate's skills, availability, and agreed deliverables.

The first month will be a paid trial with a performance review at the end. Before work begins, both parties will agree in writing on the trial payment, deliverables, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.

The review will consider:

  • Quality and originality of the videos.
  • Consistency and completion of agreed deliverables.
  • Effective use of AI tools and production time.
  • Initiative, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Early audience and analytics indicators.
  • Ability to manage the workflow within the approved budget.

Continuation after the trial will depend on the overall review and mutual agreement.

Performance Bonus and Future Growth

After the initial one-month review, the selected candidate may become eligible for a recurring monthly bonus equivalent to 5% of eligible net channel earnings, subject to agreed performance criteria and written terms.

For this arrangement, eligible net channel earnings will mean revenue actually received by the channel owner after YouTube's deductions and applicable channel-related operating expenses have been paid or accounted for. The specific expenses included, calculation period, and payment date will be documented in advance.

The bonus will apply only when eligible net earnings are positive and the agreed eligibility conditions have been met.

As the channel grows, there will be opportunities to discuss salary increments, expanded responsibilities, and a longer-term working relationship.

How to Apply

Please share:

  • A brief introduction and your relevant experience.
  • Links to videos, Shorts, or AI-generated content you have created.
  • The AI tools you use and what you can produce with them.
  • A proposed workflow for creating both Shorts and long-form storytelling videos.
  • Your suggested monthly output within 1–2 hours per day.
  • Your expected compensation and availability.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a small, clearly scoped assessment or demonstrate their workflow.

I am looking for someone who wants to take ownership, experiment intelligently, create engaging stories, and help build a YouTube channel for long-term growth.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
