Core Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of the store, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

Greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Operating the cash register efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy.
Providing product recommendations and upselling items that meet customer needs.
Maintaining a clean, organized store layout—including shelves, aisles, and the front-of‑store area.
Assisting with the food program: preparing grab‑and‑go items, restocking reputed company foods, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
Conducting regular inventory checks and restocking merchandise to keep shelves fully stocked.
