Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Spam Comment Moderator to join our remote moderation team. In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of our platform’s integrity, identifying and removing spam or inappropriate content in real time through live chat interactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live chat channels for spam, phishing, or policy‑violating content 24/7.
  • Engage with users via live chat to clarify concerns, provide assistance, and report suspicious activity.
  • Collaborate closely with the moderation and policy teams to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Apply arenaflex community guidelines consistently to all user interactions.
  • Document moderation actions and provide detailed reports to senior leadership.
