About UX Pilot AI

UX Pilot is an AI-powered design platform that enables designers, product managers, and teams to create high-quality UX/UI designs in minutes. With 60,000 monthly signups and $5.3M ARR, we're transforming how digital products are designed - from initial concept to production-ready mockups.

We're at an exciting growth stage: proven product-market fit with individual users, and now expanding into enterprise team collaboration. We're building the features that will make UX Pilot essential for product teams at companies like Qualys, Verizon, Agoda, and hundreds of fast-growing businesses.

Why We're Hiring

UX Pilot's growth has been mostly product-led, and now it's time to take on that momentum to use the full power of our channels and go to the next stage. That's why we're looking for a Content Specialist who can:

  • Design and execute a multi-channel content roadmap that educates/entertains prospects and drives high-intent lead generation

  • Go from concept to execution with creative concepts and write kickass copy and content for ads and content calendars

  • Partner with designers and video editors to bring visuals to life.

If you love getting your hands dirty, moving fast, and turning bold ideas into reality, we want to meet you!

What You'll Tackle

Content Strategy and Execution

  • Master our messaging: Deeply understand the product, positioning, and value proposition, and translate them into clear, persuasive messaging for our target audience.

  • Manage our presence: Plan and execute our English-language social media presence across all major platforms.

  • Daily creation: Create and publish daily content, including static posts, carousels, videos, stories, and shorts.

  • Copywriting: Write clear, concise copy for social posts, ads, scripts, and newsletters.

  • Brand stewardship: Maintain and evolve our brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

  • Innovation: Bring bold concepts to the table, run high-tempo experiments, and try "crazy" ideas (please!).

Collaboration & Creative Openness

  • Team Players: Work closely with the Content and Product Managers on creative direction, then collaborate with video editors and graphic designers for execution.

  • Brand Guardian: Ensure all content consistently reflects our brand values, goals, and core messaging across all channels.

  • Get Creative: Actively participate in creative discussions, brainstorming sessions, and iterative reviews.

Minimum Requirements

  • C2-level English or native-level writing fluency.

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation and advertising roles.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing the work you are most proud of.

Great to Haves

  • Thrive in fast-paced environments: You have a proven track record working in startups or agencies, where moving fast and staying adaptable are the norms.

  • Comfy with AI tools: You are proficient with AI tools to streamline your workflow, maximize output, and stay ahead of the curve.

  • Design literacy: You have a solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, allowing you to speak the same language as our product team.

  • SaaS & Product savvy: You have a deep understanding of how digital products are built and how the SaaS ecosystem operates.

  • Managed founders or similar Linkedin profiles and personal brands before
