Position Summary:

At Ziggi’s Coffee, Baristas are more than just drink-makers—they’re the heart of our customer experience. As a Barista, you create positive moments for every guest by delivering great coffee with a warm smile, a helpful attitude, and an eye for quality. You’ll work alongside a team that values connection, hustle, and a shared commitment to excellence. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll be supported, trained, and empowered to grow. Whether it’s a guest’s first time in or their fiftieth, you’ll help ensure they leave happier than they arrived.

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Communication
  • Greet each guest with genuine enthusiasm and create a welcoming environment.
  • Personalize interactions—remember regulars, make newcomers feel at home.
  • Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high standard of guest service, even during peak hours.
Teamwork & Culture Fit
  • Be a “positive team player”—support your coworkers, especially during busy shifts.
  • Communicate openly and respectfully with your team and leadership.
  • Step in when help is needed and celebrate wins together.
  • Represent Ziggi’s values through your attitude, energy, and presence.
Work Ethic & Dependability
  • Show up on time, stay engaged, and own your responsibilities.
  • Take pride in doing small tasks well—cleaning, stocking, or restocking stations.
  • Stay focused and proactive during both busy and slow times.
  • Be flexible with scheduling, including early mornings and weekends.
Learning & Adaptability
  • Actively learn new skills—from drink recipes to point-of-sale systems.
  • Take feedback in stride and use it to improve your performance.
  • Stay curious—ask questions, practice, and grow each shift.
Situational Awareness & Multitasking
  • Balance making drinks, assisting guests, and keeping your station clean.
  • Stay calm and prioritize when juggling multiple tasks or requests.
  • Think on your feet and adjust to guest needs, even if they ask for something off-menu.

Who Thrives in This Role?

You’re a great fit if you:
  • Enjoy connecting with people and making their day.
  • Have a strong work ethic and love being part of a team.
  • Stay upbeat under pressure and enjoy fast-paced environments.
  • Are looking to grow within a values-driven company that supports you.
