Responsibilities

Host engaging TikTok LIVE sessions to showcase beauty products, demonstrate usage, and answer viewer questions in real-time.
Develop compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing campaigns to attract and retain viewers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live schedules, promotional activities, and special events that maximize audience engagement.
Utilize social listening tools to monitor audience feedback, trending topics, and competitor activities to optimize live content.
Leverage media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software to create eye-catching visuals and promotional materials for live sessions.
Track live session performance using TikTok analytics and other digital marketing performance monitoring tools like Google Analytics to measure engagement, sales conversions, and overall effectiveness.
Maintain strong relationship management with viewers by fostering a positive community atmosphere and responding promptly to comments and inquiries during broadcasts.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media content creation, live streaming, or digital marketing within the beauty or fashion industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok’s features, algorithms, and best practices for live commerce.
Proficiency in media editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing software, and media performance analytics tools.
Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, social media analytics, Facebook Advertising, Hootsuite or Buffer applications for scheduling and management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through lively presentation and persuasive storytelling.
Ability to analyze digital marketing performance data using Google Analytics or similar tools to optimize future content strategies.
Creative mindset with skills in graphic design, photography, proofreading, branding, and web analytics to enhance content quality.
