About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager for our Internal Tools & Systems team to own and scale the technology stack for our global Advertising sales team. This is a critical individual contributor role for a technical expert focused on optimizing the entire Lead-to-Cash (L2C) workflow.

You will be the primary owner of our sales systems, from our CRM to our ad-serving and billing platforms. Your mission is to create a seamless, automated, and scalable systems environment that removes friction for our sellers and ensures data integrity from the initial lead to final payment. This role has a critical focus on order management, billing processes, and sales enablement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency are at the core of our operations.

What You'll Do

Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Process Ownership: Manage and optimize the systems and processes supporting the complete L2C lifecycle, ensuring a seamless flow of data from opportunity to invoice
Billing & Order Management: Serve as the technical expert for our advertising order management and billing systems. You will partner with Finance to ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and revenue recognition
CRM & Tech Stack Administration: Own the day-to-day administration of our CRM and its integrated tools (e.g., ad servers, engagement platforms). You will be responsible for system configuration, automation, data integrity, and user support
Process Optimization: Partner with Advertising Sales, Finance, and Product teams to identify and resolve system bottlenecks, particularly in the handoff from sales to finance (billing/collections)
Project Management: Lead system enhancement projects-from gathering requirements to UAT and deployment-to support new ad products, sales motions, and go-to-market strategies
Cross-Functional Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with sales and tech leadership. Act as the central point of coordination, ensuring all teams are aligned on program goals, timelines, and execution

Basic Qualifications

6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Systems, preferably within a digital advertising or high-growth tech environment
Bachelor's degree
Hands-on administrative experience with a major CRM platform and its integrated tech stack

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience managing a Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process and supporting systems. A strong understanding of advertising sales workflows and billing systems (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Ad Servers, Order Management Systems) is essential
Strong analytical and project management skills, with a proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results
Proven expertise in managing complex, cross-functional programs from start to finish. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills. You can build consensus and influence senior leaders and field-level sellers alike

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $146,000 per year - USD $162,000 per year.

For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $162,000 per year - USD $180,000 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
