Position Overview

As an Overnight Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the frontline advocate for Arenaflex’s customers during night hours. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience for every user who reaches out via live chat. Key Responsibilities
