About the Role

We are looking for a strong Sales Manager who can manage our customer service/sales team, improve their performance, and take ownership of sales results.

This is not a basic Customer Service Manager role. We need someone who understands sales, customer conversion, team management, follow-ups, and revenue generation.

Mandatory Requirement

Experience working with a women's clothing/fashion brand is mandatory.

Candidates without hands-on experience in a women's clothing/fashion business will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the customer service/sales team.
Monitor daily sales and customer conversion performance.
Improve team productivity, sales performance, and customer handling.
Set sales targets and track individual/team performance.
Monitor customer inquiries, follow-ups, and missed sales opportunities.
Train and coach team members on sales and customer communication.
Identify why leads/customers are not converting and take corrective action.
Handle escalated customer/sales situations.
Develop practical strategies to increase conversions and revenue.
Prepare simple performance reports based on results.
Coordinate with management to improve the overall customer sales process.
Ensure the team provides excellent customer service while focusing on sales.

Requirements

4–7+ years of relevant experience in sales/team management.
Mandatory experience with a women's clothing/fashion brand.
Experience in eCommerce, fashion retail, apparel, or online clothing sales.
Strong understanding of customer conversion and sales processes.
Proven experience managing and improving a sales/customer service team.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze team performance and take action.
Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Must be comfortable working US hours if required by the business.

Who We Are Looking For

We need someone who can manage people, improve weak performers, and produce better sales results.

We are not looking for someone who only assigns tasks or prepares reports. The right person should be able to understand the team's problems, coach them, create a better sales process, and improve conversions.

Preferred Background

Candidates from women's fashion eCommerce brands, dress brands, apparel companies, fashion marketplaces, or similar online clothing businesses will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
