The Virtual Sales Manager is responsible for achieving defined sales targets, assisting in personnel selection and development and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction for the Club Wyndham Sales Line.

How You'll Shine:

Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner
Adhere to company and industry best practices
Effectively deliver and maintain required sales targets
Training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance goals of direct reports
Constructive involvement in daily sales meetings
Lead by example by maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
Collaborate with Trainers in facilitating initial and ongoing training

What You'll Bring:

A minimum of 2 years sales experience in the vacation ownership profession is preferred
Sales management experience is preferred

This position is a Work from Home opportunity and requires a valid Florida Real Estate License and the ability to meet the Work from Home requirements listed below. The person identified for this position will lead a remote team.

Other Requirements

Set an example for desired behaviors and performance by maintaining monthly sales performance targets. This is a leadership position and leadership behaviors are expected
Assist the site leader with hiring and training new sales reps. (Act as a mentor to new sales reps)
Assist with monthly collaboration/review with low producers on team
Complete at least one self-development task assigned by the site leader per quarter
Participate in regular strategy meetings with sales leadership
President Club winner preferred

What is required for me to work from home?

Quiet workplace free of distractions and background noise
High speed internet requirements Download speed of 20 mbps and upload speed of 3 mbps average ping below 100m
Must be able to hardwire computer directly to a router
Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot technical issues while at home
On-site training required
