Professionalism: We pride ourselves on finding and training energetic, hard-working individuals that may or may not have restaurant work experience, but do have the desire to learn, lead and provide exceptional service to guests.

Gratitude: We show our appreciation to team members in many ways, such as company picnics, evening dinner outings, additional paid days off, manager workshops, gifts of appreciation, birthday announcements and other tokens of gratitude.

Respect: We provide a comprehensive Managerial training program for our new hires.
