The role involves designing branded visuals, scheduling and publishing content, supporting calendar and messaging development, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance. Responsibilities Design static LinkedIn graphics (single images and multi-slide carousels) based on briefs and copy from the marketing manager Apply VaultBio's brand guidelines consistently across every asset (colors, typography, layout) Turn dense industry topics into visuals that are clean, credible, and easy to scan for a senior pharma/biotech audience Schedule and publish posts on LinkedIn according to the content calendar Light copy editing tighten captions, adjust for LinkedIn best practices, suggest minor wording improvements Work directly with the marketing manager on turnaround, revisions, and calendar adjustments Support themarketing manager on content calendar development, messaging, and voice Monitor comments and flag engagement opportunities or issues to the marketing manager Track post-performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) and report monthly on what's working Deliver files in the format and specs LinkedIn requires Skills 2+ years of experience across graphic design and digital marketing execution Strong command of layout, hierarchy, and typography Comfortable following a brand system precisely, not reinterpreting it Hands-on experience managing and scheduling social content Comfortable pulling basic performance metrics and summarizing them clearly Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, or comparable design tool Reliable communication and turnaround Portfolio required Ideally with B2B, corporate, or professional services content Ideally on LinkedIn Experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences Familiarity with data visualization (charts, simple infographics) Experience with LinkedIn analytics or social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, native LinkedIn analytics) Benefits Remote work Company Overview We have one simple mission To assist innovators improve patient lives by helping design and build highly differentiated products, launch and sustain better brands, and forge transformative and accelerated business models.
