The Inside Sales Specialist advises small-business prospects on risk exposure and coverage options, sells commercial insurance products, develops referrals, and supports quoting, binding, and issuing policies. Responsibilities Work with provided resources to achieve goals by selling valued insurance products and services to clients Build proven relationships with Producers, Vendors, to grow referrals and lead opportunities Strong performance through generating organic new business growth to achieve individual performance goals Using solid comprehension of insurance, and present solutions to client's on products and services, so clients can achieve their goals Cross-sell other products and referring prospects to appropriate coverages based on discovery Respond to incoming sales calls and leads – no cold calling! Ability to work in a high volume lead environment while maintaining desk and system organization Compile and organize all client information necessary to process new business Support new business by following up on leads in a timely manner.
