Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Night Shift Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking help during after‑hours. Your day will involve:

  • Handling a variety of common problems, including account access, order tracking, billing questions, and basic technical troubleshooting.
