Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Deel is hiring a Venture Channel Sales Development Representative for its new Venture SDR team in San Francisco. The role builds pipeline across the venture and startup ecosystem through outbound prospecting, prospect qualification, event networking, and scheduling product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

Represent Deel in person at San Francisco venture and startup events, demo days, founder meetups, accelerator demo nights, and industry mixers
Build a personal network across SF's venture ecosystem, and proactively get in front of the founders, investors, and operators who matter to Deel's pipeline
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach
Identify and qualify prospective prospects by understanding their needs and challenges
Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives
Consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development

Skills

0–2 years of experience we welcome recent graduates and career-changers who are new to sales
A confident networker who isn't afraid to walk into a room and introduce themselves to the right people
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, in person and in writing
Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
