Contracted Deliverables & Key Activities

Throughout the project lifecycle, the contractor will independently deliver the following statement-of-work (SOW) activities:

  • Solution Demonstration: Deliver targeted demonstrations of the Pricefx software, sharing industry-standard pricing practices tailored to client requirements and value propositions.
  • Capability Mapping: Analyze complex client pricing processes and map functional requirements directly to Pricefx capabilities.
  • Requirements Documentation: Produce high-quality business requirements documentation (BRDs) and functional user stories per project specifications.
  • Implementation Delivery: Partner with project technical teams to ensure the functional solution is configured and delivered according to agreed client scope and milestones.
  • Client Enablement & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct "Train the Trainer" sessions and facilitate functional knowledge transfer to customer core project teams.

Required Qualifications & Expertise

  • Domain Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience in B2B pricing, commercial strategy, finance, or related domain areas. Direct experience with Pricefx implementations is highly preferred.

  • Enterprise Software Consulting: Demonstrated success in customer-facing, consultative roles within enterprise software or technology consulting firms (preferably in wholesale/distribution, high-tech, industrial manufacturing, or chemicals/process industries).
  • Requirements & User Stories: Proven track record in business requirements gathering, commercial process analysis, and authoring detailed user stories.
  • Project Delivery: Ability to manage project deliverables, priorities, and scope independently within client-agreed timelines.
  • Tools & Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and Jira; proficiency with standard business productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Communication & Presentation: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills across diverse stakeholder levels.
  • Professional Autonomy: High degree of self-management, organizational efficiency, and total autonomy over schedule, work methods, and task execution.

Contractor Compensation & Engagement Terms

Proposed contract rates for this engagement depend on experience and scope of deliverables. As an independent contractor, services will be provided on an invoice basis without eligibility for employee benefits or bonus programs.
