Part-Time LinkedIn Ghostwriter & Content Strategist (B2B SaaS / Software Quality)

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

We're two companies in the software quality space under one founding team. One is a test management SaaS platform that competes with the major established tools in its category. The other is a QA services and IT audit firm serving mid-market FinTech and HealthTech companies in the US. We're looking for a writer to run LinkedIn content across our founders, key team members, and both company pages, so our expertise reaches the right audiences through several credible voices instead of one.

What you'll do

Ghostwrite posts for 4–6 team members, including founders, sales, QA and engineering leads. Each person should have a distinct voice and angle that fits their role: the founder's contrarian industry takes, a QA lead's hands-on testing insights, a sales leader's view on buyer problems.

Manage both company pages. Write original posts and adapt the best-performing personal posts into brand content.

Run two content streams. One is for QA engineers and test leads, aimed at the SaaS product. The other is for CTOs and VPs of Engineering, covering risk, release confidence and engineering leadership, aimed at the services business.

Plan a weekly content calendar across all profiles so posts support each other rather than repeat or compete. That includes coordinated launches, comment support on each other's posts, and staggered timing.

Collect raw material through short interviews, voice notes, and our podcast and video content, keeping the time each team member spends to a minimum.

Track performance per profile, including saves, comments from target job titles, profile visits and inbound DMs, and send a monthly review with what to double down on.

You are

A writer with a portfolio of B2B LinkedIn content that earned real engagement, ideally written for multiple people at once. Experience with tech, SaaS or developer audiences is a strong plus.

Able to write convincingly in several different voices without everyone sounding the same.

Organized enough to run a multi-profile calendar and chase busy people for input.

Comfortable learning a technical domain quickly. You don't need to be a tester, but you should be able to tell when a take would lose credibility with one.

To apply

Share links to 3 posts you wrote that performed well, with engagement numbers. Tell us if they were written for different people.

Write the opening hook (first line or two) for the same idea in two voices, a founder and a hands-on QA lead: "Most companies don't have a testing problem, they have a release-decision problem."

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? 2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
