Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and experienced part time On Call Coordinators to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our clients and our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the home care industry and have a keen understanding of customer service and scheduling to ensure that our Client and Caregiver needs are met.

Responsibilities include:

  • Urgent Scheduling. The On-Call Coordinators are responsible for the urgent scheduling needs of the community and/or geography for which they are assigned. This includes scheduling for caregiver unplanned time off, call offs, and no shows, and scheduling for new clients who start urgently.
  • Schedule Verification. The On-Call Coordinator is responsible for verifying the time each caregiver arrives at their shift, and the time each caregiver leaves their shift. This includes monitoring the Live Dashboard in Wellsky (our home care operating system) for clock ins and outs, watching the missed clock in and out notifications, and contacting any caregivers who miss their clock ins or clock outs for status.
  • Call Triage. While most calls that come in after hours relate to missed clock ins and clock outs and scheduling matters, the On-Call Coordinator is also responsible for triaging all calls coming in after hours and getting messages to the correct individuals.
  • Scheduling Process Adherence and Improvement

This position is ideal for you if you have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience scheduling in home care or in a community setting
  • Must have on-call experience
  • Interested in working part time
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Great problem solving and scheduling skills
  • Excellent in handling customer service situations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
