We are seeking a passionate candidate with expertise in engaging and supporting users to achieve their health goals, who is interested in taking on an impactful role at a young and quickly growing startup in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities <ul><li>You will provide remote monitoring services to help support patients as they progress through their home-exercise therapy program</li><li>Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through our technology platform</li><li>Provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress outside of the clinic</li><li>Maintains necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring</li><li>Assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform</li><li>Organize and manage a caseload while staying efficient </li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>As a PT you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do!</li><li>2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus</li><li>Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program</li><li> Active PT license in a compact state ( https://www.ptcompact.org/ )</li><li>Active PT license in New York</li><li>Tech Savvy - thrive in a multi-platform environment, comfortably switching between systems (EHR, messaging, scheduling) without missing a beat</li><li>Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisions</li><li>Strong relationship-building and listening skills</li><li>Demonstrated patient focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience</li><li>Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users</li><li>Ability to work independently with limited supervision</li><li>The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment</li><li>The ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace</li><li>Independent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approach</li><li>Eager to make an impact at a young company addressing an important problem</li><li>Passion for health and wellness </li></ul>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
