NDT Engineer (Non-Destructive Testing)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Requirement:

Have the skills and knowledge to set up and standardize equipment, conduct system performance checks, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document results.
Successfully obtain the formal training hours required for any method where certification is being pursued, and any additional add-on formal training required by the company based on the demands of the business. (e.g. Computed Tomography training).
Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the technique and/or method in which they are certified.
Assist in the development and implementation of NDT procedures and work instructions.
Have the skills and knowledge to conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard.
Be familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual specifications that control the Method used at their Site.
Have a basic knowledge of relevant product manufacturing and inspection technology.
Maintain NDT equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning correctly.
