Hiring: IT Recruiter Domestic C2H Recruitment

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and C2H hiring to join our team.

Position: IT Recruiter

Gender: Female only

Experience: 14 Years

Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 per month, depending on interview performance

Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Work on C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements.
Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Hands-on experience in C2H / Contract-to-Hire recruitment.
Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical profiles.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
Experience with Naukri and Boolean Search is preferred.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a WFH environment.
