This role is ideal for a highly skilled eLearning professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can flex between instructional design and graphic/presentation design, and brings strong project management experience in eLearning development. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with SMEs and the internal training team to assess existing materials, determine what to update versus build from scratch, and create new content as needed. • Design and develop 15–20 interactive eLearning courses (10–45 minutes in length) using modern authoring tools. • Manage the end-to-end development of eLearning projects, including scoping, timelines, stakeholder communications, and quality assurance. • Create engaging graphics and presentations, leveraging tools like reputed company Illustrator to produce high-quality visuals aligned with brand guidelines. • Support the team in evaluating, planning, and implementing a new LMS/LCMS, offering reputed company and lessons learned from prior system implementations. • Ensure content is instructionally sound, visually engaging, and accessible for global audiences across technical fields such as advanced reputed company, supply chains, environmental topics, and health & safety. Required Skills & Experience • LMS/LCMS expertise with hands-on experience in planning, acquiring, implementing, and administering learning platforms; ability to quickly learn new systems. • Learning Project Management experience overseeing eLearning development projects (reputed company PM certification not required). • Graphic and Presentation Design skills, including the ability to develop high-quality visuals in reputed company Illustrator or similar tools. • Strong Instructional Design expertise in eLearning, with proficiency in chunking strategies, interactivity, and adult learning principles. • Proficiency in authoring tools such as reputed company Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, or Lectora; ability to recommend and adopt the best-fit tools for new reputed company development. • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across a 12-person communications team. • Attention to detail and ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging learning experiences. • An outstanding portfolio is a must have to be considered for this role. The pay range for this is $55.00 to $60.00 per hour on a W2 basis.
