Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively sell Comcast services. Provide customers with accurate and detailed information on Comcast products and services. Utilize various sales tools and techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Handle customer objections and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Document and update customer information accurately and efficiently in the company's systems. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
