Who we are

80% of the workers across the globe are Deskless. These are the people who keep our lights on and gas flowing, build roads and bridges, run our manufacturing factories, ensure that we get healthcare service, and provide us with reliable phone and internet connectivity. As entrepreneurs, have we considered solving their problems and making them more productive?

Zinier is a company on a mission to empower frontline workers - and the people supporting them - to achieve greater things for themselves and the world around them. With the majority of workers worldwide being deskless, Zinier recognizes the need for Technology Equity to improve the lives and productivity of these workers who keep the world up and running.

We have global team headquartered in Silicon Valley, with a hybrid workforce across the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Singapore, and Bangalore, India, with leading investors that include Accel, ICONIQ Capital, Founders Fund, Newfund Capital, NGP Capital, Tiger Global Management, and Qualcomm Ventures LLC.

What we are looking for

If you are someone who has a passion for technology and startups, has a natural knack of taking ownership and solving diverse problems, believes in making a difference for the world's 2.7 B Deskless Workers engaged in field operations, and wants to grow your career in a venture-funded Silicon Valley tech company - you have come to the right place. We would like to meet you.

This role will work closely with Zinier's Co-Founder and CEO and exective team on some of the most important strategic initiatives across the company.

You will work across the entire business, from product, commercial, technology, services to operational transformation, gaining a front-row seat to how a global B2B PaaS company scales.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to work directly with company leadership on high-impact initiatives, this role offers a rare opportunity to do exactly that.

  • Decision Making and Communication: Drive efficiency in key leadership meetings through effective prioritization of business and operational imperatives. Support the preparation of strategic presentations, internal reviews, and leadership updates.
What you'll bring to the role
