Job Description:

Identify, influence, and enable adoption of Altera FPGA-based solutions at key customer accounts
Collaborate with Field Sales Engineers, FAEs, Factory Applications Engineers, Product Marketing, and Business Development
Build relationships with customer engineering teams to identify and expand opportunities
Use deep knowledge of the FPGA product portfolio to drive sales and growth
Articulate Altera FPGA value propositions for customer applications
Assist customers with architecture definition, solution evaluation, and design and implementation using FPGAs, IP, and development tools
Develop and deliver product demonstrations
Participate in on-site customer visits for product design and reviews
Resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze data to diagnose problems, reproduce errors, and resolve or escalate issues
Provide feedback to manufacturing and product teams on product issues, requirements, and market trends

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a hardware engineer
Experience in FPGA, ASIC, and/or digital design
Experience with FPGA development tools, including Quartus and Vivado
Experience with VHDL, Verilog, System Verilog, OpenCL, or high-level synthesis tools (HLS)
BSEE or related electrical/electronic degree
Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations
