Position Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their customers.

Key Highlights

  • Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (or 12:00 AM) during weekdays, with a minimum of one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week.
  • Compensation: $15.00 per hour, with a bilingual differential for Spanish/English speakers.
  • Work Location: Fully remote – work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities
