Job Overview

As a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you will serve as the critical link between pharmacists, patients, and the digital systems that power our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will center on accurately capturing prescription data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Capture & Verification: Enter and validate medication orders into arenaflex’s pharmacy operating system, ensuring all fields are complete and accurate.
  • Prescription Processing: Review prescriptions for completeness, identify potential errors, and flag any discrepancies for pharmacist review.
  • Medication History Interviews: reputed company virtual medication history interviews, provide food‑drug interaction counseling, and document findings in the system.
  • Record Management: Maintain and update patient records with a focus on detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Follow all prescription error prevention procedures, maintain audit trails, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) license – required.
