Key Responsibilities

  • Front‑Line Support: Serve as the first point of contact for Russian‑speaking customers, dealers, and internal partners, addressing inquiries related to arenaflex products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve moderately complex technical and policy questions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Documentation: Accurately record all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes in the arenaflex Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and refine support tools, knowledge base articles, and FAQs that reduce repeat inquiries.
  • Product Promotion: Actively promote arenaflex solutions such as MyArenaflex, JDLink, Operations Center, Apex Farm Management, and other flagship offerings through targeted outreach and reputed company engagement.
  • Multi‑Channel Support: Provide assistance via telephone, email, and live chat, maintaining consistent quality across all communication channels.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and availability of customer data, ensuring that all records reflect the latest interactions and product usage.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Russian and full proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of six months in a call‑center or customer support environment, preferably within the agricultural or technology sector.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating reputed company software applications, troubleshooting common issues, and using CRM systems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities, with a proven track record of turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
