Work arrangement: Remote and/or in-person depending on project needs

We are looking for an experienced ESL/ESOL curriculum developer to support the development and refinement of English-language learning materials for adult learners and professional/corporate settings.

Workplace English

Corporate language training

Workforce development

English for Specific Purposes (ESP)

Developing and refining ESL/ESOL curriculum and lesson materials

Adapting materials for adult learners at different English proficiency levels

Developing content relevant to workplace and professional communication

Reviewing existing ESL materials for instructional quality, clarity, and learner appropriateness

Comfortable designing for adult English-language learners

Familiar with professional/corporate English or workplace communication

Able to translate learning objectives into practical instructional materials

Comfortable working independently and meeting project deadlines

Experience working independently as a consultant, freelancer, tutor, trainer, or contractor is a strong plus.

Compensation

Hourly contractor compensation will be discussed based on experience, qualifications, and project scope.

We are interested in experienced professionals and are open to rates appropriate for specialized ESL/ESOL curriculum-development work.
