Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of a remote data entry specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for studying, resolving, and correcting eligibility records to ensure they align with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving issues from various regions, discovering and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough studies and analysis of records to identify discrepancies and errors
Resolve problems and issues from various regions in a timely and efficient manner
Discover and resolve mistakes from multiple reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Reconcile eligibility among systems, ensuring consistency and compliance
Monitor and track records, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create effective solutions and resolve issues
Work with shared mailboxes and work queues, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively

Essential Qualifications

Experience in records analysis and study, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Healthcare industry experience, with a solid understanding of pharmacy adjudication systems and eligibility records
