Position at a Glance

What You’ll Do Every Day

As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting arenaflex’s partner websites and social media pages. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat inquiries in real time, ensuring a friendly and professional tone.
  • Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting basic issues, and guiding them through purchase or support processes.
  • Escalating complex or technical questions to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining clear communication.
  • Tracking and documenting all interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate records and follow‑up.
  • Monitoring chat metrics (response time, satisfaction scores) and proactively suggesting improvements.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities and provide feedback on customer pain points.

Essential Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who bring the following reputed company skills and attributes:

  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of running chat software (desktop, laptop, or tablet).
  • Strong written communication skills in English, with a clear, concise, and empathetic style.
  • Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and manage time effectively.
  • Minimum of 10 hours of availability per week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, chat platforms, and cloud‑based tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer support or call‑center experience, especially in live chat or social media channels.
