Position Overview

arenaflex is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Evening Shift to join our dynamic remote team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service that our customers expect. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure every customer interaction reflects arenaflex’s commitment to quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly, solution‑oriented approach.
  • Resolve issues related to service activation, billing, technical support, and account management within established SLA guidelines.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical or billing teams while keeping the customer informed of progress.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and upsell relevant services when appropriate.
  • Adhere to company policies on privacy, security, and compliance, handling sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
