Position Overview

  • Title: Airline Customer Service Agent (Part‑Time, Remote Coordination with On‑Site Presence)
  • Employer: arenaflex
  • Location: Primarily remote with on‑site duties at San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
  • Start Date: Immediate openings – start as soon as you’re ready
  • Compensation: $22.90 – $24.90 per hour, competitive hourly wage plus performance incentives
  • Schedule: Minimum four days per week, 4‑5 hour shifts; flexible to accommodate early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for passengers, providing courteous assistance from ticketing through boarding and baggage claim.
  • Operate check‑in kiosks, manual check‑in desks, and self‑service bag drop stations with precision and speed.
  • Validate travel documents, issue boarding reputed company, and resolve ticketing discrepancies in real time.
  • Coordinate with airline partners, security personnel, and airport operations to ensure smooth flight turn‑arounds.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and those requiring mobility assistance.

  • Proven reliability and punctuality; ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift luggage up to 50 lbs.
