<br><p><span> </span><strong>Position Summary </strong></p><p>The Director of Strategic Growth is responsible for driving the long-term growth strategy of Exceptional HR Solutions by developing scalable business development initiatives, cultivating strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and leading the organization's revenue generation efforts. </p><p>This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring that Exceptional HR Solutions consistently builds a healthy sales pipeline while strengthening its reputation as a trusted HR consulting partner. The Director of Strategic Growth serves as both a revenue leader and a cross-functional collaborator, working closely with Operations, Marketing, Client Services, and Executive Leadership to identify new opportunities and accelerate sustainable growth. </p><p>The Director is expected to personally lead high-value business development efforts while also building the processes, systems, and team needed to scale growth over time. </p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities </strong></p><p><strong>Revenue Growth Strategy </strong></p><p>Develop and execute the company's annual growth strategy, including: </p><p>Defining target industries and client segments </p><p>Refining the Ideal Client Profile (ICP) </p><p>Identifying new service opportunities </p><p>Evaluating geographic expansion
