As a Customer Support Specialist (Part‑Time), you will be the first line of assistance, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression of reliability and care. Key Responsibilities

  • Frontline Support: Respond reputed company to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, delivering clear, empathetic, and solution‑focused communication.
  • Active Listening & Problem Solving: Diagnose issues by asking the right questions, leveraging a deep understanding of arenaflex’s product suite, and guiding customers to swift resolutions.
  • Ticket Management: Log every interaction in our support system, tag tickets accurately for future analysis, and leave detailed internal notes for the Customer Support Manager.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Share recurring pain points with the product team, suggest enhancements, and partner with sales, compliance, and engineering to close the feedback loop.
  • Customer Advocacy: Champion the voice of the user, translating real‑world challenges into actionable reputed company that shape arenaflex’s roadmap.

Working Hours & Remote Model

This is a part‑time, remote‑first position based in the United Kingdom. The schedule is fixed to ensure seamless coverage of our global user base:

  • Monday – Thursday: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Total commitment: 24 hours per week. We welcome candidates who can cover the full set of hours, but we are also open to job‑share arrangements or a focus on either the evening block or the weekend block, provided the coverage remains consistent.
