  • Monitor progress of client deliverables, identify risks or delays, and proactively adjust timelines or escalate issues when needed.

  • Support the planning and coordination of client fundraising campaigns, initiatives, and related operational deliverables.

  • Track follow-ups and responses related to client commitments and deliverables.

4. Grant Management Support

  • Coordinate grant-related activities, including tracking deadlines, preparing documentation, submitting materials, and managing follow-ups.

  • Maintain organized records and grant calendars to support both current and future initiatives.

5. Marketing Support

  • Support internal (NFM) and client-facing marketing initiatives, including content distribution, Lunch & Learns, webinars, and other events.

  • Serve as a backup resource for marketing activities as needed, assisting with logistics, communication, documentation, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth execution of internal campaigns and congregant/donor-facing communications.

6. Systems, Tools & Workflow Coordination

  • Support the organization and maintenance of ClickUp, Google Workspace, and related tools to align with client delivery workflows.

  • Maintain clear file structures and documentation standards across shared systems.

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements that support clarity and scalability as the organization grows.

7. Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other operational, coordination, or project-related tasks as reasonably required to support leadership and organizational effectiveness.

  • Adapt to new systems, tools, and processes in a growing startup environment.
