Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Stowing: Unload shipments and properly stow products in designated areas.
Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and package them for shipment.
Scanning & Sorting: Use handheld scanners to track inventory and sort packages based on delivery routes.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure workstations and the warehouse remain clean, organized, and safe.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to meet productivity and quality goals.
Adhering to Safety Standards: Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8ï¿½10 hours daily.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills to follow instructions and handle inventory.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Comfortable working in varying conditions (temperature changes, loud noises).
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

No prior warehouse experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

Working Hours

Flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
Full-time roles: 40 hours per week.
