Seller Central + Vendor Central | Health, Vitamins and Supplements

Initial 4-Week Sprint | Ongoing Monthly Retainer

We are growing two health and wellness brands on Amazon Australia:

•TouchBio, self-testing products currently available on Amazon

•qore8 , vitamins and supplements requiring catalogue setup, product listing and marketplace launch support

We are looking for a Amazon Growth Expert with deep, hands-on experience in Amazon Australia & US. The successful expert must understand both Seller Central and Vendor Central, as well as the regulations, standards and compliance considerations affecting vitamins, supplements, self-testing products and other health-related categories.

The expert must build the strategy, develop a practical growth plan and execute it quickly while working closely with our internal team.

What you will own

•End-to-end growth management of our Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts

•A complete audit of the accounts, both brands, catalogues, listings, content, advertising, competitor analysis , and account health

•Creation and execution of a strong Amazon Australia growth strategy for TouchBio and qore8

•Development of a prioritised roadmap with clear actions, responsibilities, KPIs and commercial targets

•Creation, completion and launch of the outstanding qore8 vitamin and supplement product listings

•Product catalogue setup, category selection, variation structure and listing organisation

•Preparation and optimisation of compliant product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images and A+ Content and Brand modules.

•Review and optimisation of existing listings and catalogue structure

•Amazon SEO, organic visibility, conversion-rate optimisation and sales growth

•Amazon Advertising strategy, campaign setup, management and ongoing optimisation

•New product launch planning and execution

•Promotions, deals, pricing and competitor monitoring

•Monitoring of Buy Box performance, reviews, ratings, inventory signals and marketplace trends

•Management of account health, catalogue errors, suppressed listings, variation issues, content conflicts and operational escalations

•Performance dashboards, weekly reporting and clear recommendations

•Fast implementation of agreed priorities and improvements

•Close collaboration with our marketing, operations, regulatory and leadership teams

•Full ownership of managing Amazon-related cases and operational issues across both accounts, including matters involving Amazon Seller Support and Vendor Support.

•Handle compliance and Amazon category, catalogue and listing requirements and Identifying potential compliance risks before listings or campaigns are launched

•Build and improve FBA, FBM, fulfilment, inventory, logistics, and PO processes

You must have

•Proven experience growing brands on Amazon Australia

•Strong hands-on expertise in both Seller Central and Vendor Central

•Experience creating and launching new Amazon product listings from the ground up

•Experience with vitamins, supplements, health, wellness, self-testing products or other regulated categories

•Practical knowledge of relevant Australian regulations, standards, product claims and marketplace requirements

•Strong catalogue management and listing-optimisation capabilities

•Experience with Amazon SEO, keyword research and conversion optimisation

•Experience developing and executing Amazon Advertising strategies

•Demonstrated experience managing complex cases with Amazon Seller Support and Vendor Support

•A strong track record of resolving catalogue, listing, compliance, account-health and operational issues

How we will work

We will begin with a focused 4-week sprint to establish the foundations for growth, resolve priority issues and demonstrate a fast, execution-focused way of working.

The initial sprint is expected to include:

1.Auditing our Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts

2.Reviewing the existing catalogues, listings, advertising and performance

3.Assessing the qore8 product range and outstanding listing requirements

4.Identifying catalogue, content, documentation, compliance and operational dependencies

5.Creating or completing the priority qore8 vitamin and supplement listings

6.Reviewing all open Amazon Support cases and establishing a structured case-management process

7.Resolving priority listing, catalogue, account-health and operational issues

8.Establishing the Amazon growth strategy, performance baselines, KPIs and prioritised roadmap

9.Implementing agreed quick wins across content, advertising and account structure

10.Creating the ongoing plan for launches, optimisation, reporting and growth

Following a successful four-week sprint, the engagement is intended to continue on a monthly retainer.
